My name is Brianna and I like food. All aspects of it. What you will notice is the type of food I like to eat is the food that makes me feel the best. Over the years, my diet has morphed into getting my nourishment from plants. I grew up eating very differently than what I do now and that shift required me to change how I cooked. I am certified in plant-based cooking meaning I cook with no animal products. This blog is my way to share with the world how I like to make meals and treats using nothing but plants.
