Do you get into the same routine for breakfast? My normal breakfast is oatmeal with some type of fruit, some coconut flakes, nuts, hemp seeds, spices and plant-milk. I do love this breakfast, but sometimes I just want something else. I am a huge supporter of grains and starches as a first meal of the day. They are so nutritious and filling and hold you over until lunch. Here is a way to have a sweet potato for breakfast that throws the normal routine out the window, and I am okay with that.
