Breakfast Sweet Potato
Do you get into the same routine for breakfast? My normal breakfast is oatmeal with some type of fruit, some coconut flakes, nuts, hemp seeds, spices and plant-milk. I do love this breakfast, but sometimes I just want something else. I am a huge supporter of grains and starches as a first meal of the day.
